A day in the life…

Here’s a sample of what your average day will look like. Times may vary slightly depending on group activities -

  • Wake up

  • 7:00am Pilates

  • 8:00am Breakfast

  • Free time, pool vibes or tour time. You might also book in for an apparatus session to focus on your personal Pilates goals. Pre-arranged lunch can be eaten at the resort or head out for some local eats.

  • 5:00pm Pilates

  • 7:00pm Dinner

    All classes are optional, so if you’re in the mood for a sleep in or a poolside reading sesh go for it!

The inclusions

Included in your retreat price is:

  • 6 nights luxury accommodation at Absolute Sanctuary

  • Daily reformer and mat Pilates classes

  • Group welcome dinner & farewell dinner

  • Daily breakfast

  • 3 lunches and 3 dinners at Absolute Sanctuary’s Award winning restaurant - we’re leaving some days open for you to be able to explore the local options for dining out and about!

  • Full access to Absolute Sanctuary’s facilities—pool, steam room, yoga studio, fitness centre

  • A visit to Samui Elephant Sanctuary. This is an ethical sanctuary where animals have been rescued from tourism and logging labour. Riding or bathing with elephants is not supported at this venue.

  • A complimentary 60 minute Thai massage, because you deserve it

  • 1 apparatus session with your own personalised program (additional sessions available for purchase upon request)

  • Return airport transfers in Koh Samui

  • Optional group activities or solo time—your retreat, your pace

  • Travel to and from the resort if you are coming from/going to other accommodation either side of the retreat

Pricing

Guests who wish to twin share are required to identify the person they wish to share with. King and queen beds are unable to be split - only Sanctuary Superior rooms offer true twin bed room sharing.

TIER 1: Rooms have a dedicated living room space

In order to secure your room please send us an email with your room preference and whether you intend to share your room or stay in a private room. If twin sharing please provide the name and email address of your intended room mate. We will then provide payment details and instructions for securing your room with a 50 % deposit, $500 of which is non-refundable.

Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis however a room is not considered secured until we have received your non-refundable deposit. You will have 3 calendar days to secure your spot and then it will be offered to the next person in line. Once a room is secured we can establish a payment plan at your preferred intervals provided payment is finalised by no later than 11 July 2025.

Additional experiences and special treats

There are a number of additional experiences available to guests that can be booked prior to our arrival. External tour or experience preferences can be confirmed any time up until three weeks prior to departure. We will distribute information about experiences any time upon request or to the booked group closer to the time of departure.

To assist you in planning any additional experiences you may wish to book we will provide confirmed dates and times for those included activities that will be shared by the whole group e.g. visit to Samui Elephant Sanctuary prior to requiring confirmation of extra activities.

Absolute Sanctuary is also pleased to offer retreat participants the following benefits during your stay:

  • Bt 500 spending voucher to redeem on a la carte spa treatments (with a minimum

    spending of Bt 1,500). Applies exclusively for participants staying in-house

  • 20% discount on all a la carte treatments for Spa & Detox (except alternative

    therapies)

  • 15% discount on all Wellness Holiday programs

  • 15% discount on all Food & Beverage items

  • Bt 250 for Drop-In Yoga Class (from Bt 700)

  • Bt 350 for Drop-in Group Pilates Reformer class hosted by Absolute Sanctuary instructors (from Bt 1,300)

  • Bt 2,500 for 1-month unlimited yoga membership (from Bt 3,900)

  • 20% discount on room rate for post-retreat stay (based on website rates)

FAQs

    If you’re interested in a twin share but don’t have someone to retreat with just let us know and we will do our best to match you up with someone else also looking for a twin share.

  • You are more than welcome to elect to twin share a room with your partner and they will receive all the inclusions. They may elect not to participate in Pilates classes if it’s not their jam.

  • Children over the age of 12 are welcome at the accommodation venue however we cannot accommodate children under 14 in Pilates sessions. Please contact us if you’d like more information.

  • Australian passport holders are not required to obtain a visa when entering Thailand for tourism purposes and will be permitted to stay in Thailand for a period not exceeding 30 days on each visit.

  • Nope! All we ask is that you come with an open mind and a willingness to try. We’ll assist with any layers or modifications you might like to make it the best experience for you.

  • Of course! By default the resort can cater easily for vegetarian, pescatarian or omnivorous eaters however if you have allergies or preferences for vegan diet this can also be catered to and we will confirm in the lead up to the retreat.

  • If you cancel before the end of April 2025 any monies paid aside from your $500 non-refundable deposit will be returned.

    We cannot offer refunds for cancellations less than 80 days prior to the retreat.
