Frequently Asked Questions
Your 28 days start from your first booked class, so you’ve got time to find the right fit for you without losing any time from your intro period.
What if I can’t get into a class right away?
While we have a couple of dedicated beginners classes on the timetable you don’t have to start here. Our regular classes are open level, which means we will teach to the people in the room, ensuring that everyone will get an appropriate workout no matter their level of experience.
Do I need to do a beginner class?
What should I wear?
Something comfy that you’re free to move in. Socks are also preferred but not compulsory.
We will always give you guidance to help you get the best out of your workout, but we don’t need your movement to look like anything in particular - we’ll give options and you’ll take what is right for you.
Will the teacher correct my technique of I’m doing it wrong?
If you’re new to Pilates (or had some time off from a movement practice) we suggest two - three classes a week with a couple of days between as a good start. This will give you time for any soreness to subside before your next workout. Then once you’re obsessed like we are you can increase to as many sessions a week as you like. Don’t forget to try the different class types!
How many Pilates classes should I do a week?
OK, but what the heck is tower?
If mat and reformer had a Pilates baby. A fixed mat surface with independent arm and leg springs and different attachments offering new ways to access more from your movement.
